Garlic is known to be mine rich in vitamins like B, C, and its oil is also known to be proven in decreasing the risk of heart-based disease in the body. Kale is known to provide a rich source of Vitamin A, C, K for the body.

Animal-based food like eggs, meat, fortified milk, cheese, liver, kidney, cod, and oil is consumed to fill the vitamin intake of the body. Animal-based food is rich in vitamins like A, K, C, B, and k(fish-based). Food like animal livers are a rich source of vitamins and recommended by doctors in case of vitamin A, D deficiency.
