Vitamin B12 also known as methylcobalamin is a water-soluble vitamin type. It is one of the essential vitamins for the development of the nervous system of the body. The good sources of vitamin B12 are food like fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and other dairy products. The deficiency of this vitamin can cause a high risk of diseases like anemia and different neurological problems. The consumption of B12 can be ensured by the inclusion of more quantities of dairy products in the diet.
